Saw King is looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Sales & Parts Representative to support contractors and walk-in customers in a busy shop environment. If you enjoy helping customers, working with tools or parts, and staying organized, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in-person and over the phone (20+ calls/walk-ins daily)
• Help identify and recommend saw blades, parts, and equipment
• Process sales orders, invoices, and quotes using QuickBooks
• Handle counter sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Organize and maintain parts inventory
• Coordinate service drop-offs and pickups with technicians
• Provide excellent customer support and problem-solving

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Experience in counter sales or customer service
• Comfortable using computers (QuickBooks strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred:

• Experience with construction equipment, tools, auto parts, or rentals
• Knowledge of saw blades, sizes, or mechanical parts
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Inventory or inside sales experience

This is a Contract position based out of Delray Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
