Chartwells Higher Education at Louisiana State University is seeking an innovative Creative Director of Marketing to lead campus dining marketing, branding, promotions, and sales growth initiatives across LSU Dining Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase meal plan participation, retail sales, and catering revenue.
• Lead all campus dining branding, social media, content creation, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging student-focused events, activations, and experiences that build awareness and drive traffic.
• Utilize guest insights, surveys, and campus trends to improve the dining experience and identify new opportunities.
• Partner with LSU stakeholders, student organizations, and campus departments to strengthen community engagement.
• Measure campaign performance and sales results, providing actionable recommendations for growth.
• Oversee marketing collateral, digital communications, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of marketing, branding, sales, or business development experience.
• Strong social media, digital marketing, and content development skills.
• Experience driving revenue growth through promotions, partnerships, and strategic campaigns.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Higher Education, hospitality, retail, or foodservice experience preferred.
