Scheduling & Workload:

Shift Lengths: 12-hour shifts 6:30a-6:30p and 6:30p-6:30a

Annual Clinical Hours Expectations: 1956 hours/ 13-14 shifts per month

Shift Distribution: Shared equally among physicians

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $215.25 per hour

Annual comp $421,029 - $421,029

Incentives: Evening and Weekend incentives

Staffing Model: Single physician coverage with support from APP

The hospital features a Level II Trauma Center; it sees more than 60,000 emergency room visits, delivers over 1,700 babies and performs more than 10,000 surgeries annually.
