CRNA needed for Locums in Texas.

Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work a 3 - 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Southlake, TX. TX license required.

• Shift: 5x8 M-F weekly. No call. No weekends.
• Medical Direction.
• Types of cases: General surgery - bread and butter. No hearts, no peds, no OB.
• EMR: Epic.
• CRNAs will NOT need to do blocks, spinals or epidurals.
• Will cross credential at 2 sites.
• Required Certification: ACLS, BLS.
• TX licese required.
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days.
• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
