CRNA needed for Locums in Texas.

Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work a 3 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Tobin Hill, TX.

• Shift: 5x8 - 1 week/month - must be scheduler's choice.
• Schedule provided minimum of 3 months in advance and will soon move to 6 months in advance so provider is able to work around the schedule.
• No travel if within 60 mile radius.
• Cases: Exclusively OB/C-section.
• For OB credentials at CHOSA: 15 cases are needed.
• Medical Direction.
• EMR: Epic/Medaxion.
• Must have TX license.
• Clinician will be required to attend Epic training and/or test out.
• Clinician will be screened.
• Credentialing timeline: 90 days.
• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
