CRNA / Nurse Anesthetist

Hospital group in North Chicago is looking for 2 locum CRNAs to start in 90 days and work full time ongoing. Must have an IL license (no exceptions) and have full time availability.

• Ideal candidate will be primary at one location but be cross credentialed at 3 other facilities and 1 ASC.
• Will look at CRNA's who only have weekend availability and will take some weekend call.

• CRNAs working a 4 day work week with variations of 8's, 10's and 12's. Will receive 40 hours per week. No 3-12 hour schedules

• Shifts will be consecutive some of the time, but must fit into the rotation.

• Care Team Model of 1:3 or 1:4.

• General B&B. Can do OB if preferred, but not required.

• Must take call 1 time per week.

• Need CRNAs that will pick up weekends or do 2 or more calls per month

• $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

• $Competitive All-inclusive Pay if needed + A++ rated malpractice insurance.
