Requirements

Chief Strategic Officer

Develop and refine corporate strategy in partnership with CEO and leadership team.

Identify emerging industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive threats to inform strategic decisions.

Evaluate and prioritize expansion opportunities, including new markets, product lines, and partnerships.

Oversee strategic planning processes and drive execution of company-wide initiatives.

Lead M&A exploration, partnerships, and business development opportunities.

Develop and track KPIs to monitor strategy effectiveness and report progress to stakeholders.

Align internal departments around key initiatives and ensure resource optimization.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, management consulting, or similar environment

Owned product-to-market commercialization

Led cross-functional execution (Product + Supply + Sales + Marketing)

Experience in companies where processes had to built, not inherited

Retail exposure (line reviews, resets, distribution readiness)

Track record of execution discipline, not just strategic planning

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with action-oriented leadership style

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver business-driving outcomes

Bilingual Korean/English is preferred
