Southern Ohio Medical Center (SOMC) is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible CT Surgeon to join SOMC Heart & Vascular Associates in Portsmouth, Ohio. You will work alongside cardiothoracic and vascular surgeons, interventional cardiologists, advanced practice providers, surgical first assists, and an experienced clinical support team.
The practice will allow you to maintain a broad operative practice while seeing patients in two to three half-day clinics. The surgical scope includes CABG, valve replacement, surgical ablation, pacemakers, VATS, thoracotomy, esophagectomy, and hiatal hernia repair. Qualified candidates may also have opportunities to incorporate vascular work.

The ideal candidate will be fellowship-trained in Cardiac Surgery, eligible for medical licensure in Ohio, and experienced in a full range of adult cardiac procedures.
