What You'll Do

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead all aspects of food and beverage operations within a dynamic theater environment, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through outstanding service, operational excellence, and high-quality culinary offerings. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and developing a team of associates, managing client and stakeholder relationships, and driving performance across all areas of the business. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering memorable guest experiences.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. This role requires flexibility to support business needs, with typical operating hours ranging between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and can adapt their schedule to meet the demands of the operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operation of the theater environment in accordance with the approved budget while providing the Client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
  • Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
  • Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and Client as well as other departments within the operation
  • Correspond with clients to create event banquet orders for events
  • Work closely with culinary during events
  • Track accounts receivables for caterings and events

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
  • Previous work experience in a movie theater (1 year +)
  • Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required
  • Food & beverage and event management experience is a plus
  • Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products
  • ServSafe Certified preferred
