Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately
• Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards and recipes
• Processing cash and credit card transactions efficiently
• Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and empathetically
• Assisting with additional tasks as needed to support the store's operations

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team player with a willingness to support colleagues
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
