Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately
• Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards
• Processing cash and credit card transactions
• Providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assisting with various cleaning tasks as needed
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Capability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
