We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rochester, Michigan.

Job Description

As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner

Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management

Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences

Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills

Qualifications
