The Program Manager will support multiple initiatives across the organization, driving projects from planning through execution with minimal oversight. This person will be responsible for coordinating stakeholders, facilitating meetings, maintaining project documentation, managing risk logs, tracking action items, and ensuring key deliverables stay on schedule. They will operate in a highly collaborative and often ambiguous environment, balancing tactical project coordination with strategic problem solving. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable challenging assumptions, and capable of driving conversations, decisions, and accountability across cross-functional teams. This role will support efforts ranging from product lifecycle process initiative to operational standardization projects and process improvement programs.
