Our client, a nationally recognized commercial general contractor, is seeking a Traveling Data Center Superintendent to lead the field operations on high-profile data center projects across the United States.

What You'll Do

• Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety on mission-critical construction projects.
• Coordinate daily work with project management teams, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct site meetings, schedule inspections, and oversee project documentation.
• Identify and proactively resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, OSHA regulations, and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 completed ground-up data center projects as a Superintendent is required.
• 8+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and coordination of multiple trades.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large field teams.
• Experience with mission-critical, highly technical construction projects is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States.
