Lead Digital Product Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager in Digital Product Management as part of the Consumer Data and Engagement Platform. In this role, you will:

Identify the data required to support necessary reporting and analytics for each platform including customer interactions, application/system performance, and "clickstream" information to understand interactions and pathing.

Be the Data SME for the platforms/functions they support

Partner with the Product Owners of each platform to define the requirements for data tagging and logging

Develop the Epics to support each platform

Coordinate with various analytic teams to ensure data is able to effectively be utilized

Drive and support implementation of common data approaches within the product

Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact

Act as key participant in large-scale planning

Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications, US:

5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of technology Business Analysis, Analytics, Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.

Strong product management skills, experience, and mindset: focused on outcomes and owning the experience end-to-end.

Agile / Lean product management / development

Deep expertise in data and analytics

Structured, analytical thinking, and demonstrated experience around data management - key enabler for strategy.

Partner in the creation of complex data and present findings to senior leaders

Good understanding of banker, teller, and customer service channels

Ability to turn ambiguity to action.
