Job Description

We are seeking a professional and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team in Louisville, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our valued customers while representing our company with the highest standards of customer service.

* Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages and goods to designated locations

* Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring proper handling of all items

* Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency

* Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery

* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption

* Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues

* Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies

* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries professionally

* Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS technology

* Strong time management and organizational abilities

* Physical capability to lift and move packages of varying weights

* Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Basic math skills for handling transactions and maintaining records

* Knowledge of Louisville area roads and traffic patterns preferred

* Previous delivery experience is a plus
