Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Cambridge, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach our valued customers in a timely and professional manner.

* Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers' locations

* Navigate efficiently through Cambridge and surrounding areas using GPS and local knowledge

* Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling of products

* Process customer orders and handle cash or electronic payments accurately

* Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle

* Communicate effectively with customers and team members

* Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies at all times

* Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

* Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly

* Adapt to changing weather conditions and delivery schedules

* Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain a professional appearance

Qualifications

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Excellent knowledge of Cambridge and surrounding areas

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Basic math skills for handling payments and inventory

* Ability to use GPS technology and mobile devices for order processing

* Physical stamina to lift and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds

* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

* Time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure

* Attention to detail in maintaining accurate delivery records

* Basic computer skills for using order management systems

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Positive attitude and resilience in handling challenging situations

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
