Job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and more. Training and communication skills are required. Essential functions and skills include mathematical abilities, motor coordination, and computer/touch screen operation. Work conditions involve exposure to varying weather, temperature changes, food odors, and physical demands such as standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and hand tasks.
