Rapid DSP is a locally owned and operated company hiring delivery drivers to make parcel deliveries on behalf of a major online retailer. We are searching for dedicated people to join our team of hardworking delivery associates.

Location: Mansfield, TX, United States

Salary: $21.25 - $21.75 / hour

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

At Rapid DSP, we expect our delivery drivers to be punctual, courteous, honest, and hardworking. Our team operates seven (7) days a week from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM, or until every package has been successfully delivered. We operate in all weather conditions and across a variety of locations.

As a successful Rapid DSP Delivery Driver, you must:

• Be comfortable using handheld technology and following GPS-coordinated routes.
• Be confident driving a large vehicle.
• Strictly obey all traffic laws while maintaining a steady, consistent pace.
• Carefully follow all customer delivery instructions for every package.
• Most importantly, we take pride in completing our work with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• DELIVERY DRIVERS MUST LIVE WITHIN COMMUTING DISTANCE OF MANSFIELD, TX!
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted, drivers' license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be on time and maintain reliable attendance
• Must pass a standard background check and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Must pass a 4 panel drug screen
• Ability to work 4 days a week, for at least 10 hours per day, one weekend day is required
• Ability to safely drive a large vehicle, no CDL required
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with members of the public, coworkers, managers and warehouse employees
• Ability to use electronic devices for route navigation and planning
• Ability to drive and deliver in all types of weather, in a variety of locations
• Ability to walk, lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, twist, and/or stretch during shifts up to 11 hours with packages weighing up to 50 pounds
