Role: Delivery Manager

Duration: 6 months + Extension

Location: USA Remote - 40 Hours/week

Pay Range: $60/HR - $75/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Delivery governance: Manage scope, releases/sprints, budget, and quality; drive RAID and change control; ensure clear acceptance criteria and sign-off.

Platform coordination: Coordinate work across admins, developers, architects, and integration teams (APIs, middleware, data migration) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Client leadership: Facilitate governance forums and executive communications; proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.

Continuous improvement: Contribute delivery assets and identify opportunities to expand services within accounts.

Desired Experience

6 10+ years leading client-facing delivery for CRM or enterprise SaaS programs, including Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and platform optimization initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams (admins, developers, architects, QA, and integration teams) in Agile, hybrid, or phased delivery models.

Depth in either functional platform delivery (requirements, configuration, user enablement, release readiness) or technical platform delivery (custom development, integrations/APIs, data migration), with strong dependency and risk management.

Experience establishing and running delivery governance (scope, schedule, budget, RAID, change control) with clear acceptance criteria and executive-ready status reporting.

Desired Skills

Strong client leadership skills, able to drive decisions, manage expectations, and resolve escalations.

Experience coordinating technical delivery across admins, developers, and integration teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
