Lead Dental Assistant

Lead a mobile clinical team making a difference every day. Enable Dental is a mobile dental practice bringing care directly to patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and other settings across the San Mateo area. As a Lead Dental Assistant, you'll run the clinical side of a small, close-knit mobile team and play a hands-on role in how care gets delivered every day.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE

• $30-35/hr, depending on experience
• Incentive pay tied to team growth, plus equity

• Leadership role with direct input into how your team runs
• Monday through Friday, daytime hours

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare treatment rooms and assist chairside during procedures
• Take radiographs and manage supplies and sterilization
• Educate patients and their families on care and next steps
• Mentor other assistants and keep the day running on schedule

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 2+ years of dental assistant experience
• Active state-level Dental Assistant certification
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record, age 25+
• Comfort working in patients homes and care facilities rather than a fixed office
