Key Responsibilities- Take digital 2D and 3D X-rays, 3D scans and intraoral photos as needed- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures- Assist the dentist during general, restorative, and cosmetic procedures- Manage instruments, materials, and chairside workflow to ensure efficient appointments- Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance standards- Provide patient support, comfort, and education before, during, and after treatment- Accurately document clinical notes and assist with charting- Collaborate with clinical and front office team to deliver a consistent, exceptional patient experienceQualifications- 1+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant (general dentistry preferred)- Valid California RDA license (or DA with pathway to RDA preferred)- X-ray certification required- Strong communication skills and patient-focused mindset- Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment- Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback and growth- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude- Experience with digital dentistry, scanners, or cosmetic procedures is a plusBenefits- Competitive hourly rate: $23 - $28 per hour- Health, vision, and retirement plan (401k/IRA)- Paid Time Off (PTO)- Supportive mentorship and professional development opportunitiesSchedule- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, SaturdayWhy You'll Love It Here- This is an opportunity to join a team that values growth, positivity, collaboration while advancing your career in preventive dental care.
