Gentle Dental is seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Kirkland, Washington. This opportunity combines a strong patient base, comprehensive clinical support, and the autonomy to provide exceptional care—all backed by the resources of an established dental organization.
H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship are available for this position.

Position HighlightsFull-time General Dentist opportunity
Established, predominantly PPO patient base
Comprehensive dental practice
Access to a full team of in-house Board Eligible and Board Certified specialists
Compensation based on a percentage of production and experience
Guaranteed compensation during the first 60 days
Full-time Dentists can expect to earn between $150,000 and $400,000 annually
H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship available
5 days per week
1–2 Saturdays per month

2+ years of experience required
Graduate of an accredited dental school
Current Washington State Dental License, or ability to obtain one by the start of employment
Required professional licenses and certifications, including CPR, DEA, and NPI, as applicable
