Ready Smile Dental is looking for a skilled and motivated Dentist to join our busy practice in the heart of Brooklyn (11230). This is a prime location with a steady patient flow, operating out of a two-operatory setup. We are looking for a practitioner who is comfortable with a high-volume environment and is dedicated to serving the diverse needs of our community.

$15,000~$18,000 per month

Salary Details
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Compensation: Earn 40% of monthly collections, providing high earning potential in a high-traffic office.

Part-time

• General Dentistry
• Licensed dentist

Education/Licensure: Valid DDS/DMD and New York State dental license.
Clinical Focus: Proficiency in general dentistry and oral pathology.
Language: Bilingual in English and Russian (Preferred).
Adaptability: Comfort working in a busy, multi-operatory environment.

General Dentistry: Perform a full range of general dental procedures for a diverse patient base.
Oral Pathology: Diagnose and manage diseases of the oral and maxillofacial regions.
Patient Communication: Provide clear, empathetic consultations; English-Russian bilingual skills are highly preferred to better serve our local patient demographics.
Insurance Coordination: Work within a system that accepts all primary insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare.

Jobley Bonus: $140 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Status: Available as either Part-Time or Full-Time.
Daily Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Flexibility: Flexible scheduling is available across Monday through Friday.
