This is an exceptional opportunity to establish a busy, high-demand dermatology practice within a large, well-established medical center. The position comes with an established patient panel, strong referral network from Bayview's extensive primary care and specialty network, and comprehensive clinical, administrative, and operational support - allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

• Hiring Range: $500,000-$650,000

  • Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule, and job duties

In this Role:

As a Dermatologist with Bayview Physicians Group, you will provide comprehensive, longitudinal patient-centered care in an outpatient setting while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

• Perform comprehensive skin examinations and evaluate patients with a wide range of dermatologic conditions

• Diagnose and treat benign, inflammatory, infectious, autoimmune, and malignant skin disorders

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based medical procedural therapies

• Perform in office dermatologic procedures such as:

o Skin biopsies

o Cryotherapy

o Electrosurgery

o Excision of lesions and cysts

o Intralesional injections

• Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and collaborative support for an APP
