To meet the needs of the region and provide seamless, high-quality, comprehensive dermatology care, we are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Dermatologist to join an established practice consisting of three dermatologists and three APPs in Binghamton, NY. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative team of dermatologists in a pleasant and professional environment.

Position Details:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients within the department

  • Perform micrographic surgery to remove skin cancers, with a focus on preserving healthy tissue and achieving high cure rates

  • Collaborate with pathology to interpret tissue sections and determine if further excision is required

  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including wound management, patient education, and follow-up visits

  • Treat general medical needs and non-emergent illnesses and injuries

  • Build and manage an outpatient practice with the support of highly trained administrative staff

Location:
Binghamton, NY is located approximately 2.5 hours north of New York City and 1 hour from Syracuse, NY. It is a progressive college town offering a strong healthcare presence, a safe living environment, and a diverse community with nearby lakes, ski resorts, golf courses, wineries, a symphony orchestra, and an opera company.

The position includes a competitive starting salary of $500,000 to $626,000, with bonus incentives, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
