About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life

This is a well-established, privately owned dermatology practice with an active patient base already in place, meaning you walk in on day one with appointments on the books, not an empty schedule to build from scratch. The clinic operates across medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, giving you a genuinely varied practice rather than a narrow lane.

Day to day, you'll see a broad mix: diagnosing and managing medical derm conditions, performing in-office surgical procedures, and delivering cosmetic services aligned with your training and interest. The clinic is set up to support efficient patient flow, and the support staff and clinical infrastructure are in place so you can focus on the medicine.

For early-career physicians, this is an especially well-structured entry point. New graduates are welcomed, and mentorship support is available so you're not figuring things out alone. The team values clinical excellence and a collaborative atmosphere, and the Monday-Friday, no-call schedule means your time outside the clinic is genuinely yours.

With multiple clinic locations across the Phoenix metro, including Chandler, Mesa, Sun City, and Avondale, there is flexibility to land in a location that fits your lifestyle and commute preferences. The greater Phoenix area offers a warm climate, affordable cost of living relative to other major metros, robust outdoor recreation, and a large and growing patient population that supports long-term practice stability.
