As Director of Business Systems & GTM Technology, you will be responsible for the strategy, architecture, and execution of the tools, integrations, and processes that power our go-to-market motion, leading a small team of business systems professionals and partnering closely with RevOps, sales, engineering, and the data team. This role exists to bring structure, governance and execution speed to the systems that power PEX's revenue engine. The right person will be hands-on enough to understand the architecture and delivery details, but senior enough to set direction, manage priorities and create accountability across tools, data, integrations and team execution.
