The Children's Guild is hiring a Director of Facilities, Infrastructure & Capital Projects.

TCG Headquarters | Baltimore, MD Flexibility in work locations based on organizational and project needs Salary range: $125K$135.5K + health and wellness benefits + life insurance+ 403b match, PTO+ Holidays

This is a strategic, multi-site leadership opportunity spanning:

• Facilities & infrastructure planning
• Capital budgets & forecasting
• Construction & renovation projects
• Commercial/property operations
• Preventative maintenance strategy
• Building systems & lifecycle planning
• Vendor & contractor partnerships
• Compliance, safety & risk
• Team leadership & service delivery

We're especially interested in experienced leaders from facilities management, commercial real estate/property management, construction management, infrastructure, and capital projects.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree, Project management and budgeting experience are required. Relevant professional certifications, licenses, credentials, and specialized training will be considered and valued.
