The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis leads budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. This person is the primary finance partner to the leadership team and reports to the Vice President of Finance. The role is expected to understand what is driving the business, identify issues early, and help leaders make informed decisions. It works closely with accounting, but ownership of controllership, treasury, tax.
