Director of Critical Care, ICU, needed for lovely Texas location. Client is a general acute care organization. Candidates must be a Team Leader Director of ICU, skills in teaching, mentoring, leading a team of professionals. Must have strong people skills. Will be responsible for Critical Care dept., hiring, firing, program development, leading, mentoring, budgeting, etc. Nursing Director must have an RN, BSN and Masters highly preferred. Qualifications

5+ years as Director/Manager of ICU/CCU, strong clinical nursing experience in critical care specialty areas. RN, BSN, Masters highly pref., must have strong accomplishments, steady work history and strong references as a Nursing leader.
