Lead Learning Strategy & Workforce Capability Define and execute a learning strategy aligned with business goals, partnering with Operations, Safety, and HR to assess workforce needs, improve time to competency, develop leadership pipelines, and build sustainable skilled-trade and apprenticeship programs.
Drive Compliance & Technical Excellence Oversee safety, regulatory, certification, and technical training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to perform safely and effectively. Lead the company's aftermarket service technician's technical training center, providing high-quality product and equipment training for internal teams and external customers while supporting customer success and revenue growth.
Build & Scale Technical Talent Develop skills frameworks and training programs that strengthen industrial manufacturing capability across critical roles. Partner with Operations and external training institutions to support apprenticeship and skilled-trade development and build a sustainable pipeline of technical talent.
Leverage Learning Technology & Insights Lead the company's LMS, LXP, and digital learning tools to create a scalable learning environment. Convert operational knowledge, technical procedures, and best practices into accessible learning resources and use data and KPI reporting to measure effectiveness and support workforce decisions.

- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Technical Training, Industrial/Skilled Labor training or Workforce Development, including 5+ years in leadership
- Proven experience developing technical training, skills development, workforce capability, or apprenticeship programs
- Ability to partner with Operations, Safety, HR, and technical subject matter experts to identify needs and develop practical training solutions
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, equipment-driven, or technical service environments preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing training teams
- Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms, digital learning tools, adoption, and effectiveness measurement
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, training partners, and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication, project management, and execution skills with a strategic, customer-focused mindset
- Passion for continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred
This is an opportunity to build and shape Lanco's learning and industrial training strategy while making a direct impact on workforce readiness, leadership development, technical expertise, customer success, and business growth.

The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location.
