Director of Nursing

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Director of Nursing – RN for its long-term care services. This leader will oversee clinical operations, nursing staff, and quality initiatives to ensure safe, person-centered care for older adults. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, clinical supervision, policy development, and regulatory compliance.
