Director of Nursing

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Director of Nursing for our long-term care services. The DON will lead clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care aligned with our faith-based, mission-driven focus on underserved communities. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, care planning, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. The Director will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, support staff development, uphold infection control and safety standards, manage budgets and resources, and foster a culture of dignity, accountability, and whole-person wellbeing for residents and families.
