Director of Nursing

Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a Director of Nursing – RN for our long-term care services. This role provides clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality, person-centered nursing care aligned with our faith-based, mission-driven focus on health equity. The Director oversees nursing staff, care planning, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with medical, behavioral health, and wellness teams. Responsibilities include staffing, mentoring, and developing nurses, managing infection prevention and safety, engaging families, monitoring clinical outcomes, and supporting whole-person, dignified care for underserved older adults.
