Director of Nursing

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Director of Nursing – RN to lead clinical operations for our long-term care services. This role oversees nursing staff, coordinates resident care, and ensures adherence to state and federal regulations and infection control standards. The Director will develop policies, manage staffing and scheduling, support quality improvement, and mentor nurses to deliver compassionate, person-centered care. Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, this leader advances our mission of holistic, faith-informed care and promotes health equity for underserved seniors and adults in our community.
