Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Director of Operational Finance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $145,000 to $180,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and operational finance activities to support project performance and business objectives.
• Analyze budgets forecasts costs and financial results to provide meaningful insights for leadership decision making.
• Develop reporting tools dashboards and performance metrics that improve visibility into operational and financial outcomes.
• Partner with operational teams to monitor project economics identify risks and improve financial performance.
• Drive process improvements automation initiatives and reporting enhancements that increase efficiency and data accuracy.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in finance accounting engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning operational finance project finance or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in financial modeling forecasting budgeting and variance analysis.
• Possess experience with project costing financial controls operational reporting and performance measurement.
• Maintain advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with financial systems and large datasets.
