The Director of Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing all operational functions within a fast-paced IT infrastructure and server rack manufacturing environment. This role drives operational excellence by improving processes, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, ensuring on-time order fulfillment, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a leader with a strong manufacturing background and a proven ability to improve efficiency, productivity, and organizational performance.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

Analyze and improve operational workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, increase efficiency, and reduce operating costs.

Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and best practices.

Leadership & Team Development

Conduct performance evaluations and establish measurable objectives.

Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Order Fulfillment & Supply Chain Coordination

Partner with supply chain, purchasing, production, and planning teams to ensure timely material availability and production schedules.

Oversee material planning, inventory optimization, shortage tracking, and demand forecasting.

Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule while maintaining inventory targets.

Strategic Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational performance, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
