We are open: MondaySaturday, 6:30 AM 10:00 PM. Leaders typically work 69 hour shifts, scheduled around peak business hours and shift coverage needs.

The Director of Operations serves as the senior on-site leader at Chick-fil-A Seminole Woods. This role oversees Front of House and Back of House Directors and ensures alignment across departments to deliver operational excellence, financial stewardship, and remarkable guest experiences.

This role reports directly to senior leadership and works in alignment with Shared Function Directors to ensure initiatives are fully implemented and sustained.

This is a senior leadership role with significant influence over the restaurant's performance, culture, and long-term growth. The Director of Operations plays a key role in:

• Shaping a high-efficiency operation model
• Developing the next generation of leaders
• Protecting financial health while driving sustainable growth
• Ensuring operational excellence remains consistent at scale

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in fast-paced restaurants or guest service environments
• Proven experience leading leaders in a high-volume restaurant or operations environment
• Strong financial awareness and business acumen
• Ability to drive accountability while maintaining a positive, people-first culture
• Systems-oriented thinker who anticipates challenges before they arise
• Confident communicator who leads with clarity and professionalism
• Passion for servant leadership and developing others
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
