Hollywood young and growing Florida based yacht company is looking for a Director of Operations for their Hollywood office. The ideal candidate will be essential in ensuring the managed yachts meet regulatory requirements and are appropriately certified and meet all regulations.

• Must have an active Captains license.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience and extensive knowledge of maritime compliance, you will provide audit support to the team.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred, along with strong leadership, problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
