Director of Project Controls

The Director of Project Controls is the functional leader for the Project Controls Department, acting as a part of the Company's strategic leadership team as key contributor to the safety, people, client and profit key results for the Company. Director is principally responsible for all project controls in the renewables market sector, including earned value management, schedule management, cost & change management, equipment and labor management, project forecasting, and the management and talent development for the project controls team behind those responsibilities. The Director is also responsible for implementing and continuously improving all project controls processes, systems, and tools within the Company and shall act as a key resource to other department team members and Company leadership.

Location and Travel: This role can be located in one of our corporate offices: Centennial-CO, Phoenix-AZ, Fargo-ND, Indianapolis-IN or Dallas-TX. This position will have up to 30% travel to regional office or site locations.
