Director of Rehab - Full Time

Rehab Director Opportunity

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
• Experience working in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Prior leadership experience required, such as Director, Center Therapy Director, or Managerial role overseeing clinical staff and operations.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training therapy staff.
• Experience developing therapy programs, evaluating patient care, and coordinating rehabilitation services across a center.
• Active state PT license required to start.
• Ability to work days. Schedule: Monday through Friday.
