What You'll Do:

✅ Own HubSpot CRM pipeline health.

✅ Analyze data to drive smarter, more profitable campaigns

✅ Define and document sales process.

✅ Build and own the sales scorecard.

✅ Own sales tech stack.

What You Bring:

? 7+ years in sales operations/revenue operations.

? 3+ years leading a team.

? Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience - (certifications preferred)

? Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration
