 Define the RevOps operating model, governance structure, ownership model, and cross-functional cadence.

 Own revenue process design across lead, account, opportunity, pipeline, channel influence, reporting, and handoff motions.

 Lead strategic governance of Salesforce and HubSpot, including connectivity, lifecycle synchronization, source tracking, routing, campaign influence, broker/channel attribution, and revenue reporting logic.

 Create trusted executive reporting on pipeline performance by source, stage, segment, campaign influence, channel influence, and revenue motion.

 Translate executive business questions into clear, accurate, and concise reports, dashboards, and analysis.

 Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Channel leaders to improve pipeline quality, attribution, forecasting discipline, and revenue visibility.

 Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve reporting turnaround time, operational efficiency, insight generation, data quality, automation, and decision support.

 Establish practical governance for RevOps reporting and AI-enabled workflows to support accuracy, consistency, security, and accountability.

 Over time, extend RevOps visibility into implementation handoff, renewals, expansion, and client lifecycle reporting.

What Success Looks Like

In the first 6 to 12 months, you will have:

 Defined and activated a centralized RevOps operating model.

 Improved Salesforce and HubSpot alignment, source-of-truth rules, and reporting governance.

 Created trusted visibility into marketing-generated, marketing-influenced, sales- generated, and channel-influenced pipeline.

 Established a practical framework for capturing and measuring broker/channel activity and influence.

 Transitioned critical executive sales and pipeline reporting into internal RevOps ownership.

 Reduced manual and fragmented reporting while preserving speed and flexibility for executive analysis.

 Created a scalable RevOps foundation for client’s next stage of growth.

What You Bring

 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, MarketingOperations, Partner Operations, Channel Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Operations.

 Experience building or leading RevOps in a B2B organization with a complex sales motion.

 Strong understanding of Salesforce and HubSpot, including how the platforms should work together across Sales, Marketing, and Channel motions.

 Experience with pipeline reporting, funnel analytics, attribution, lifecycle stage design, lead/account scoring, and executive dashboards.

 Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous executive requests into actionable reports, dashboards, or analysis.

 Practical experience using AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analytics, data quality, forecasting inputs, automation, or revenue team productivity.

 Experience defining source, influence, and attribution models across direct sales, marketing, and partner/channel motions.

 Strong executive presence, analytical judgment, communication skills, and bias toward practical execution.

Preferred Experience

Preferred experience includes benefits administration, HR technology, healthcare, insurance, or broker/channel-influenced B2B environments; long-cycle enterprise sales motions; campaign influence, multi-touch attribution, account-based marketing, or account-level scoring; and experience extending RevOps visibility into renewals, expansion, or client lifecycle reporting.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a builder, operator, and change leader. You know how to bring order to complexity without over-engineering. You can challenge unclear processes, inconsistent definitions, and disconnected reporting while building trust across teams. You are not just a systems expert or reporting lead. You are a revenue operator who can build the operating model, use AI responsibly, and roll up your sleeves to answer urgent business questions with clear, trusted analysis.
