A fast-growing and innovative food & beverage brand is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations within the Philadelphia through Washington DC corridor. This leadership role will drive operational performance, develop high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the region.

District Manager Responsibilities

Oversee multiple locations through a team of General Managers, ensuring strong operations and brand consistency

Coach, develop, and promote leaders while building a positive, results-driven culture

Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance across the market

Support new store openings, operational initiatives, and process improvements

Maintain high standards in customer experience, cleanliness, safety, and store presentation

District Manager Qualifications

5+ years of District management leadership experience in coffee/fast-casual concepts.

Proven success leading salaried managers and developing strong teams

Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management experience

Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Experience with growth environments, change management, or new openings preferred
