Step into a transformative leadership opportunity at the UC San Diego School of Medicine, where clinical excellence, groundbreaking research, and academic innovation converge. The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences seeks an accomplished physician-scientist to serve as Director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility.
This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a nationally recognized academic REI program encompassing infertility care, IVF, fertility preservation, reproductive surgery, oncofertility, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, and reproductive biology research. The Division Director will provide strategic leadership across patient care, education, faculty development, and scientific advancement while helping define the future of reproductive medicine.
As UC San Diego continues to expand its clinical and academic missions, the incoming leader will strengthen a collaborative division that integrates world-class clinical care with translational science and reproductive biology research. The role offers the opportunity to guide continued growth in IVF and fertility preservation, mentor the next generation of academic leaders, and foster innovation through partnerships across medicine, engineering, and population health.
