Insight Global is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join one of our defense customers in Houston, TX. Provides comprehensive program management support through detailed planning, coordination, and synchronization of organizational activities. Serves as the primary liaison between organizational leadership, ASA(ALT) leadership and staff, and key stakeholder organizations to ensure effective communication and execution of program objectives. Manages executive calendars, coordinates meetings, captures and distributes meeting minutes and action items, tracks task completion and reporting requirements, and maintains electronic records of program activities. Coordinates documentation workflows, secures required approvals and signatures, and prepares, revises, distributes, and manages materials for meetings, briefings, conferences, and leadership engagements.

$45/hr to $65/hr: Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
