We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and meeting financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Manage inventory and control costs
• Set and meet sales targets and financial goals
• Create and implement marketing strategies to drive business
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role in the food service industry
