As a Driver on our Logistics team youll be a frontline ambassador who ensures safe, secure, and timely transport of product between our cultivation, processing, and distribution locations. This is an hourly, hands-on role ideal for someone who values working with a small, focused team, takes pride in attention to detail, and wants a stable position with clear pathways for growth within a local cannabis operator. Key responsibilities include safely operating company vehicles, loading and unloading product with strict chain-of-custody controls, completing manifests and delivery documentation, communicating quickly with dispatch and operations, and maintaining vehicle security and cleanliness.
- Valid U.S. drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass required pre-employment background checks and drug screening
- Minimum 12 years of commercial driving or delivery experience (preferred in regulated industries)
- Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to chain-of-custody, inventory and compliance procedures
- Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 lbs repeatedly and performing routine physical tasks
- Reliable time management and ability to follow scheduled routes and adapt to changes
- Familiarity with using smartphone/GPS navigation and electronic delivery/manifest systems
- Professional customer service and clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity when handling regulated product
- Experience with route planning tools, route optimization, or enterprise fleet software
- Knowledge of Maryland cannabis regulations and compliance processes
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills and ability to perform pre-trip inspections
- Experience handling temperature-sensitive or packaged goods requiring special care
- Forklift or pallet jack experience (if applicable to facility operations)
- Bilingual communication skills (e.g., Spanish) to support diverse team and customers
- Demonstrated history of reliability in shift-based or hourly frontline roles
