What Youll Do as a Driver Talent & Engagement Specialist:

Driver Recruiting

Design and execute strategies to attract qualified driver candidates

Meet hiring and onboarding targets through proactive recruiting efforts

Build strong pipelines through networking, referrals, outreach, and community involvement

Represent opportunities at local events and recruiting initiatives

Onboarding & Candidate Experience

Serve as the main point of contact throughout the hiring journey

Lead onboarding sessions and orientation for Independent Contractors (ICs)

Guide candidates from application through onboarding and vehicle placement

Deliver a welcoming, professional, and seamless onboarding experience

Driver Engagement & Retention

Build strong, lasting relationships with active drivers

Provide ongoing support to boost satisfaction and long?term retention

Address concerns and connect drivers with the right operational resources

Partner with operations and leadership to strengthen engagement programs

Reporting & Administrative Support

Maintain accurate records for recruiting, onboarding, and retention

Track hiring activity, onboarding progress, and retention metrics

Share regular updates and insights with leadership

Support additional workforce and operational initiatives as needed

Experience in recruiting, staffing, retention, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
